Excerpt:
The truth is, the Google workplace is pretty chaotic. You are expected to keep track of your own priorities and use their free resources to stimulate motivation and creativity. They are very selective about who can work for them, obviously they would not hire some slacker who can’t keep his priorities straight and isn’t very productive. There is a lack of structure at Google but they want it to be that way because of their beliefs.

An excellent cafeteria and of course it is free. They call the 15 lbs that you gain from working there “the Google 15″, because the food is freshly prepared and you have so many choices that you end up eating a whole lot.

Desethi-

I interviewed for Google out of Law School for inhouse counsel and it was brutal. I got to the fourth interview but missed to some other jerk. It looked like a great company to work for and everyone was super cool.

I f-n blew it i guess, those stock options would have given me a much bigger bank roll!

Best of Luck-

Here's a tip to show I care. Mention during the interview (wait for appropriate time to bring it up) that you like to finger strippers. This will impress them immensely.

They'll hire Dsethi (if for no other reason than "they have to")

Gimped up albino micks & the rest of us crackers are a dime a dozen around these parts.

They probably think they can get away with paying him less too.
